Questions, answered
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They scan your QR poster and the card opens in their phone's browser. They sign in with their email and a six-digit code, with no password, and can add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Do I need new hardware or a POS integration?
No. Staff stamp from any phone or tablet, and Tallyr runs beside whatever till you already use.
What does it cost?
Free runs one business and one location with up to three staff, at $0 and with no card on file. Tallyr Pro is $25 a month. Messages are the Wallet nudges add-on, $10 a month on either plan. Full pricing.
Can I send my own messages to customers?
Yes, with the Wallet nudges add-on. Write up to 120 characters and send it to everyone, your regulars, or customers who have lapsed. It lands on their Wallet pass, and no customer hears from you more than once a week.
What if a customer's phone is flat?
Staff can find them by name at the counter (three letters is enough) and stamp their card as usual.
Is my customer data safe?
It is stored in Australia, never sold and never used for advertising. A business sees its own customers' names and visits, never their email address, phone number or birthday.
