Questions we hear
Will it slow down my line?
No. Staff scan the customer's code and tap to add; a repeat scan never double-stamps. Customers can also scan your poster to ask for a stamp, and staff confirm it from the request list.
What if a customer forgets their phone?
If they have their phone but it won't scan, they read out a six-character code. If it's flat, staff can find them by name and stamp their card.
Do I need to change my POS?
No. Tallyr runs beside whatever till you already use.
Can all my baristas stamp?
