Tallyr guides

Everything Tallyr does, for everyone who touches it — the owner's side first, then the short sets for your counter staff and for the customers collecting the stamps. Each guide is brief, and every screenshot is the real app.

For  Owners and staffSurface  app.tallyr.com.au

Tallyr runs in your browser at app.tallyr.com.au — there is nothing to install to get started. The screenshots in these guides were taken on a phone, because that is where most owners actually use it, but every screen works on a laptop too.

Note

New here? Start with Create your account and work down. The three Getting started guides take about fifteen minutes end to end and finish with a live loyalty card and a poster you can print.

New: stamp requests and the till

Customers can now scan your QR poster to ask for a stamp, and your team confirms it. Three guides cover it: Stamp requests for you, Use the till screen for staff at a tablet or computer by the register, and Ask for a stamp for your customers.

For your team, and your customers

Hiring? Sign in and open the counter and the four guides after it are written for staff rather than owners — a link you can send to a new starter before their first shift. The customer set is written for the people collecting stamps — worth linking from your own site or your welcome email.
