Questions we hear
Do we need new hardware at the pass?
No. Any phone or tablet works as the counter. A tablet or computer by the register can also run the till screen, which lists stamp requests as diners send them.
What if the diner's phone is flat?
Staff can find them by name and stamp the card.
Can we run it across two venues?
Yes. Free covers one location; Tallyr Pro covers two, then $5 a month per extra location.
Will messages annoy our diners?
No customer hears from you more than once a week, messages go out between 10 am and 8 pm, and anyone can switch them off in a tap.
