You pass 1,000 active customers on Free
Nothing stops. New customers still join and your staff keep stamping. We let you know and suggest Tallyr Pro; the customer at the counter never pays for it.
You open a second location
A second location, a second business or a fourth staff member needs Tallyr Pro. Upgrade in the app and add it straight away.
A payment fails
We tell you and try again, and your account keeps working while we do. If it still can't be collected, you move to Free: you choose which business and location stay active, the rest pause, and nothing is deleted. Customers can still redeem rewards they've earned.
You cancel Tallyr Pro
You keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for, then carry on with Free. No lock-in, no exit fee, and your customers and their stamps stay put.

Plans
Is Free really free?
Yes. No card, no end date and nothing to cancel. Free covers one business with one location, up to three staff, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, and Basic analytics.
Is there a free trial of Tallyr Pro?
No, and there doesn't need to be: Free is a full plan, not a countdown. Upgrade when you need more, and you're charged from that day.
What does Tallyr Pro add?
Two businesses and two locations, unlimited staff and customers, and Advanced analytics, which includes your customer list, adding stamps by hand and Export CSV. Each extra business is $10 a month and each extra location $5.
What is an active customer?
Someone who collected a stamp or redeemed a reward at your business in the last 90 days. A one-off visitor from last year doesn't count against you.
Messages
What do I get with Wallet nudges?
For $10 a month, on Free or Pro: automatic reminders (close to a reward, reward ready, a nudge to regulars who've gone quiet), plus messages you write yourself, birthday wishes and Google review requests. They arrive on the customer's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass.
Is there a limit on messages?
Your own message can go out once a week, to everyone, your regulars or your lapsed customers. And no customer hears from your business more than once a week, whatever the message, so nobody gets spammed.
Do messages cost extra per send?
No. The add-on is a flat $10 a month, with no per-message fees.
Billing
When am I charged?
Only when you upgrade to Tallyr Pro or add an add-on. You pay from that day, monthly in advance, through Stripe.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel any time from the app. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, billed securely through Stripe. Your card details are held by Stripe, not by us.
Do you refund?
Plans are monthly and cancellable, so we don't generally refund a month that was provided as described, and we always honour your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The Refund Policy has the detail.
