Plan and billing
Every business starts on Free — no card, and nothing counting down. Upgrade to Tallyr Pro when you need more, and cancel whenever you like.
The Free plan
Every new business starts on Free. There is nothing to choose, no card to enter, and no end date.
- 1 business and 1 location.
- Up to 3 staff. Invites still waiting count toward the limit; you do not.
- 1,000 active customers — people who stamped or redeemed at your business in the last 90 days. This is a soft limit: if you go over it, new customers still join and your staff keep stamping. Tallyr tells you, and suggests upgrading.
- Basic analytics — your headline numbers, stamps per day over 7 and 30 days, and recent redemptions.
Tallyr Pro
- $25 AUD per month, covering two businesses and two locations in total.
- Each additional business is $10 per month; each additional location is $5 per month.
- Unlimited staff and customers.
- Advanced analytics — longer date ranges, busy times, your customer list, the close to a reward and at-risk lists, and staff activity.
Paid plans have no trial period: you are charged from the day you upgrade, then monthly in advance.
Wallet nudges
An add-on for either plan, at $10 AUD per month. While it is on, Tallyr sends your customers automatic reminders through their wallet pass — when a reward is close, when it is ready, and when a regular has gone quiet — and you can write your own messages, set a birthday message and ask for Google reviews. Without it, nothing is sent. No customer hears from you more than once a week, and customers can opt out at any time. See Messages Tallyr sends.
Seeing your plan
Open Plan & billing from the account menu behind your initials. On Free it shows how much of each limit you are using — businesses, locations, staff and active customers — and the way up to Pro. On Pro it shows your counts, your monthly price, the card on file, and Manage billing, which opens Stripe for your card, invoices and cancelling.
Upgrading
Tap Upgrade to Pro on Plan & billing, or on any of the prompts that appear when you reach a limit. Payment is handed to Stripe, who process it, and Pro applies as soon as Stripe confirms it.
Tallyr never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe processes the payment and Tallyr retains only the card type and last four digits, so you can tell which card is on file. See the Privacy Policy.
Changing businesses or locations
On Pro, adding a business or a location beyond what the plan covers changes your monthly invoice. Removing one takes effect from your next monthly invoice — Tallyr does not charge or refund part-months.
If a payment fails
You are not locked out at the first failure. Tallyr tells you and tries again, and the account keeps working while it does. If the payment still cannot be collected, the account moves to Free — and nothing is deleted. You choose which business and which location stay live; any others are paused, with their cards and history intact, until you upgrade again.
Cancelling
There is no lock-in. Cancel Pro or an add-on whenever you like and you keep it until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the account carries on, on Free, with the same pausing as above if you have more than Free covers.
The binding detail — billing dates, refunds, what happens on cancellation — is in the subscription section of the Terms, with the refund policy at Refund policy.
