Messages Tallyr sends
Tallyr can nudge your customers on your behalf. This screen is the record of what went out in your name — all of it, all time.
The Insights tab shows a Messages sent figure for the range you are looking at, with View more beside it. That link opens the full record.

Messages go out only while your business has the Wallet nudges add-on — $10 a month, on either plan. Without it Tallyr sends nothing, and this screen explains the add-on instead. See Your plan and billing.
What it shows
- Total sent — every message Tallyr has sent your customers in your name, all time.
- By card — which loyalty card each message was about.
- By customer — who received what.
Before anything has gone out, each section says so plainly rather than showing a zero you have to interpret.
Writing your own messages
Below the record, Send a message, birthday wishes and review requests opens Marketing. That is where you write a message to everyone, your regulars or customers who have lapsed, set a birthday message, and switch on Google review requests. Messages you write are listed there under Sent messages rather than in this record.
Why it exists
Messages sent on your behalf arrive with your business name on them. If a customer asks you what they received, this is where you can answer without guessing — and it is the same record whether the message went out yesterday or months ago.
What Tallyr may send, and what a customer can opt out of, is covered in the Privacy Policy. Customers control their own marketing preferences from their side of the app.
